2. Our products
We sell digital templates, trackers and guides in Word, Excel and PDF format. Each product page lists exactly which files are included. Our guides give general information only and are not legal, tax, financial or professional advice.

3. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and are the full amount payable. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, and we never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.

4. Delivery
All products are delivered digitally. Your download link is available immediately after payment, on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. There are no delivery charges.

5. How you may use our products
When you buy a product, you receive a licence to use and edit the files for your own personal use or for your own business. You may not resell, share, give away or publish the files, or any edited version of them, as your own product.

6. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which is available in the footer of this website.

7. Intellectual property
All templates, guides, designs and website content belong to Admin Desk and are protected by copyright. Buying a product gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of the content.

8. Limitation of liability
We check every product carefully, but you are responsible for how you use our templates and guides and for decisions you make based on them. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

9. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), as explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to your order.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
