Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

All our products are digital downloads (templates and guides), delivered instantly after payment. Because of this, our refund policy works differently from a physical store.

Files that don't work
If a file won't open, a formula doesn't calculate correctly, or the product isn't as described, email us within 14 days of purchase. We'll fix the problem or send a replacement file. If we can't fix it, we'll give you a full refund.

Changed your mind
If you haven't downloaded your files yet, you can cancel your order within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Once the files have been downloaded, we can't offer a refund for a change of mind, because a downloaded file can't be returned.

Bought the wrong kit or paid twice
If you accidentally bought the wrong kit or were charged twice for the same order, email us within 7 days. We'll refund the duplicate payment or swap you to the correct kit.

How to request a refund
Email nmbgroup01@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We reply within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund in your account.

Your rights
This policy does not affect your rights under South African consumer protection law.
